ASCI Mechanical Services

ASCI has a host of certified ASCB-div-1 welders and skilled mechanical personnel who occupy a 10,000 sq-ft workshop to service our customers. Our mechanical shop provides ASCI with the ability to conduct nearly all of the necessary mechanical fabrication in-house which allows us to save time and reduce the end cost for the consumer.

Plant Maintenance Services

ASCI’s plant maintenance service provide clients with a range of maintenance support solutions for their outsourced needs. Our systems and processes are designed to assist clients in lowering costs while increasing labor flexibility and workforce efficiency at their facility. Often our customer’s maintenance support requirements include our execution of a wide variety of small capital projects that are low cost and high quality service that leverage resource continuity, addressing fluctuating workloads, and continuous safety focus.

Fabrication Services

ASCI’s fabrication services are designed to meet the needs of our customers and their piping, electrical panel and modular fabrication needs. We support our customer from a regional fabrication services facility that is a nearly 10,000 sq. ft., controlled environment. Our facility enables us to self-perform fabrication of piping systems that are fully x-rayed, hydrostatically tested and coated per our client’s specs in a timely and high quality manner. In addition, we fabricate a full range of electrical panels for industrial use.
